Napoleon complex

En route to pick the birthday gal, MT, up her caffeine fix this morning so that she can function. Was in a funk this morning so it was nice to take a little walk on my own. Spirits were boosted when I ran into Carlos, a security guard at the Beverly Connection, waiting for a bus on La Cienega @ Beverly. His shift is over and he's on his way home. Carlos is reading Napoleon, a book that's part of the Grandes Biografias Series. It's his first time reading it and he's really getting sucked in. I asked why he decided to read a biography on Napoleon and he says it's because he admires him. He loves what kind of man Napoleon is. "He did alot of good for the people."

Carlos loves reading biographies and has been getting through the whole Grandes Bigrafias Series. He gets to read and learn about these important figures' lives! The last bio he read was Che Guevara's and says it's probably his favourite bio out of the series! Probably his favourite book of all time right now!

Interesting. I was just looking to see who else they feature on the series and I don't believe I see any biographies on women!

Who would you write a biography about?

I have considered approaching a co-worker about his life. He's 80+ and still very active and he's done quite a few different things. He's interesting.
